The Service includes AI content generation, affiliate program management, keyword research tools, analytics, and related features as described on our website and subject to your subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as described in our 30-day money-back guarantee (applicable to first-time paid subscriptions). You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. AI-Generated Content
The AI-generated content produced through our Service is provided for your use in your affiliate marketing sites. You are responsible for reviewing content for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws, including affiliate disclosure requirements. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. You should not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical purposes.
7. Affiliate Program Compliance
You are solely responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of all affiliate programs you connect to our platform, including Amazon Associates, eBay Partner Network, and any custom programs. Violations of affiliate program terms — including failure to properly disclose affiliate relationships — are your responsibility. We are not liable for account bans or commission reversals resulting from your use of our platform.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Affiliate Stream and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Content you generate using our Service belongs to you, subject to our right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our systems. You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform.
9. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL RANK IN SEARCH ENGINES OR GENERATE AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS. RESULTS VARY AND DEPEND ON MANY FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI AFFILIATE STREAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days post-termination to allow for data export.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
